Man who repeatedly raped girl jailed for 17 years

A "CONTROLLING and manipulative” man who groomed and repeatedly raped a young girl has been jailed.

Christopher Swift admitted to raping and sexually assaulting the victim on four occasions.
The 35-year-old (pictured) also had a “high level of control” over the girl, including telling her what to wear, Nottinghamshire Police said.
He was exposed when incriminating messages he'd sent to his victim were discovered and passed to detectives in February, before the girl revealed the abuse to officers during an interview.
