WORK COULD START 'VERY SOON'
WORK to transform empty shops at Nottingham's former Broadmarsh Centre into a major £25 million NHS facility could start "very soon".
Earlier this year Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) pushed back the opening date for its community diagnostic centre (CDC), to be set up in part of the old centre in Lister Gate.
Nottingham City Council last year approved plans to redevelop the former Claire's Accessories, Mountain Warehouse and Holland and Barrett shops at the partially-demolished Broadmarsh Centre.
