DEFENDER LOOKING FORWARD TO REUNION WITH LUIZ

NOTTINGHAM Forest have a bright prospect on their hands in the form of defender Nicolo Savona, according to one pundit.

Strengthening at fullback was a priority for the Reds before the transfer window closed last Monday. Head coach Nuno Espirito Santo had identified it as a key area in need of bolstering and it appears the club have overseen some good business as they plugged the gaps.

Right-back Savona arrived from Juventus a few days before deadline day. Left-backs Oleksandr Zinchenko and Cuiabano then put pen to paper Trentside just before last week's cutoff, although the latter has since returned to former club Botafogo on loan.
