Bustler Market opening new food hall with permanent traders

STREET food fans are in for a tasty treat at Bustler Market after permanent traders for a new food hall were revealed.

Expanding its home at Sneinton Market Avenues, the new hall will launch in June with some of the region's best street food.
This transformation will increase the capacity to over 400 and introduce three permanent independent kitchens and a fourth with rotating traders.
There will also be longer opening hours for daytime visitors, and an enhanced events programme with a focus on collaborating with local businesses.
The permanent kitchens will be Banquet1415, serving up mouth-watering Argentinian BBQ, Dirty Chicken, bringing bold, crowd-pleasing fried chicken from wings and strips to stacked burgers, and Big Mouth Gyoza, specialising in handmade Japanese dumplings with katsu curry and fries.
