PLANS to revamp a building in a prime Nottingham city centre spot have been approved.

The Grade II-listed building in Angel Row was previously used to a Cardzone shop and Chameleon Arts Café, which closed in March 2024.
The upper floors, including an attic workshop once thought to have been used for the lace trade, will now be converted into seven flats.
Five will have one bedroom, the others two.
The shop will be given a spruce-up and let out for retail or café use.
