HOPES A NEW OWNER CAN CARRY ON RUNNING POPULAR AMERICAN DINER
TERESA Broniewski has been cooking breakfasts for more than 20 years and in that time reckons she’s served around a million or more of her much-worshipped hash browns.
But like all good things, it’s coming to an end and Teresa is looking to hang up her apron at Nottingham institution Warsaw Diner.
But she and her husband George don’t want that to be the end of the business they started 23 years. The couple hope that there’s someone out there who could carry on the legacy at the American diner near Canning Circus.
Many a person with a sore head after the night before has tucked into one of the US-style breakfasts and plenty more not looking for a hangover cure head to Derby Road for a fry-up with bottomless tea or coffee, homemade pancakes or waffles.
