Aarron McCallum, 'The Baron' from Selston, faces Serob Minasyan in an eliminator for the world featherweight championship on Saturday, January 31.
CARL Froch will be cheering on Nottingham's new fighting hero when he lives out his American Dream this month.
Froch was a ringside guest at a bareknuckle boxing show in Leeds last year and 'The Cobra' instantly declared himself a fan.
He said: "This is what it's all about. There are lots of knockdowns, lots of knockouts.
"If I was still fighting this is where I need to be, this has my name all over it."
