ALEX Polizzi’s alter ego, The Hotel Inspector, travels around the UK giving advice to ailing establishments to help change their fortunes on the Channel 5 show.

But there was no need for that when Alex met Tim Hart, proprietor of Hart's Hotel and Kitchen in Nottingham. In fact, it was the complete opposite as she was presenting Mr Hart with a Good Hotel Guide César Award - the Oscars of the hotel world.
This accolade is a significant achievement, celebrating the quality, service, and distinctive character of Hart's, where the team consistently strive to provide exceptional and memorable experiences for every guest.
