Wilmar seeks CCI nod for AWL stake

Wilmar International, through its arm Lence Pte, has sought approval from the fair trade regulator, the Competition Commission of India (CCI) to acquire a 20% stake in AWL Agri Business Ltd from the Gautam Adani-led Adani group, according to a notice filed with the CCI.
