American technology major Oracle has integrated artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning across its entire product range. It is working on various generative AI services, spanning infrastructure to applications, seeking to assist organizations automate end-to-end business processes, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experience.
In an interview, Oracle India's senior vice president and regional managing director, Shailender Kumar, discusses the firm's AI growth outlook, highlighting the developments in generative AI with a focus on healthcare. Edited excerpts:

AI is changing how we interact with the world, offering opportunities and challenges. Organisations are seeking to harness Al's potential. Generative AI gained significance due to demand for localized content and advancements in AI algorithms. Generative AI is a revolution.
