Apollo Hospitals Will Acquire a 31% Stake in Apollo Health from International Finance Corp. for ₹1,254 Crore
Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd (AHEL) on Friday said it will acquire a 31% stake in its arm Apollo Health and Lifestyle Ltd (AHLL) from International Finance Corp. for ₹1,254 crore.
With this, AHLL will become a 100% subsidiary of AHEL, with 99.42% held by AHEL and the rest in employee stock options pool, the company said.
