The real estate industry in the Philippines continues to grow at an exciting pace.
New developments are rising across the country, more Filipinos are investing in property, and opportunities for real estate sellers are expanding like never before. But with this growth comes a responsibility—to raise the standard of our profession.
Just recently, I took the real estate broker licensure examination under the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). It was an eye-opening experience. The process required discipline, dedication, and a deeper understanding of the law, ethics, and best practices in our field. As I looked around the exam room filled with determined individuals, I realized one thing: Every real estate seller deserves to experience this path—the right path.
