Ayala Land lands on Time Magazine's list of the World's Most Sustainable Companies of 2025

- By RODMILL LOPEZ

It’s easy to spot a community shaped by Ayala Land. Wide sidewalks, protected trees, filtered sunlight bouncing off well-placed glass, and a quiet rhythm that flows with it. There’s an architecture of care at work, deliberate and persistent.

That same care has now been recognized on a global scale. In 2025, Ayala Land became one of only two companies from the Philippines to make it on Time Magazine’s list of the World’s Most Sustainable Companies. The selection, drawn from over 5,700 companies across 21 industries and 36 countries, highlights systems not just design.

In partnership with Statista, Time ranked companies using over 20 environmental, social, and governance (ESG) indicators, recognizing the company's commitment to low-carbon communities and long-term value.
