St. Carlo Acutis' mother urges Filipinos to follow son's Eucharistic devotion

The mother of St. Carlo Acutis has encouraged Filipinos to nurture a stronger love for the Eucharist, taking inspiration from her son whose deep faith and daily devotion to the Blessed Sacrament became the center of his young life.
As the country prepares to welcome the pilgrim relic of the newly canonized millennial saint from Nov. 28 to Dec. 15, Antonia Salzano described the Philippines as "a country so loved by Jesus" for the faith and devotion of its people.
"What I suggest to you is to always follow this devotion to the Eucharist like Carlo, to pray the rosary each day," Salzano said in a message shared by the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines (CBCP).
