Police recently arrested a 67-year-old man for allegedly raping his granddaughter 105 times in Allacapan, this province.

The suspect, tagged as the No. 3 most wanted person in the Cagayan Valley region, was apprehended on warrants for 105 counts of rape, 105 counts of sexual assault, and three counts of acts of lasciviousness.

Police said the victim was 12 when the cases were filed.
