The Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2025 brought together leading developers, agency heads, investors, and industry influencers from across Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, and beyond— celebrating both established market leaders and rising stars shaping the future of real estate in Southeast Asia.
Held at the six-star Park Hyatt Bangkok, the event gathered the most accomplished developers, visionary projects, and high-performing agencies and feted more than 40 awards to companies and individuals that continue to drive innovation, excellence, and progress across Southeast Asia's property sector on Dec. 11, 2025.
Developers from the Philippines featured prominently, with Federal Land and Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. leading the pack with three wins each.
Best Luxury Condominium Development for Grand Hyatt Manila Residences South Tower, Best Community Centric Design Development for Hartwood Village, and Best Transit Oriented Development for Quantum Residences were given to Federal Land.
