In a world where the truth and loyalty are challenged, President Marcos told new police officers to let their presence be felt by the public.
"My dear officers, this country will never ask you to be perfect. But it will ask you to be present. Be there. Let our people feel your presence, feel the presence of the law enforcers, feel the presence of the law," Marcos told the graduates of the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) “Sinaglawin” Class of 2025 on Tuesday, April 29.
The President told them to always choose to be honorable even without recognition, and stand for what is right even when no one is watching.
