PBBM hails modern-day heroes, stresses constant work of nation-building

President Marcos hailed modern-day heroes as the country commemorates National Heroes' Day, stressing that nation-building is a “constant and unrelenting endeavor” that calls for the service of every generation.

In his message, the President underscored that new heroes continue to emerge in every period of history.

“Among the enduring truths to be drawn from their stories is that nation-building is a constant and unrelenting endeavor, and that heroes and heroines are needed throughout the life of a country,” he said.
