This city sustained more than P40 million in damage to infrastructure from July 17 to July 31 due to heavy rains and strong winds from tropical cyclones ‘’Crising,’’ Dante,” and ’Emong”’ and the southwest monsoon, the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (CDRRMC) reported.
