NBI rescues 5 abused kids in Davao Oriental

Three persons, who were reportedly engaged in online sexual abuse and exploitation of children, have been arrested while five minors have been rescued by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in Davao Oriental.

Those arrested, whose names were withheld, were apprehended in Mati City by the operatives of the NBI Human Trafficking Division (HTRAD), Southeastern Mindanao Regional Office (SEMRO), and NBI-Digital Forensic Laboratory (DFL) during the service of a Warrant to Search, Seize, and Examine Computer Data (WSSECD) issued by the Davao City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 32.
