Gilas Boys coaches see promise

Gilas Boys deputy coaches Richard Del Rosario and Gabe Norwood see a lot of promise and potential to the young talents in the national team pool that is deep in its preparations for the upcoming FIBA U16 Asia Cup SEABA Qualifiers 2025.

Both at the sidelines actively helping newly installed Gilas Boys head coach LA Tenorio in the training sessions, Del Rosario and Norwood couldn't help but marvel at the level of talent of the young players they personally handpicked to be part of the program.

Of course, coming from different teams and basketball backgrounds, there’s a lot of teaching to be done according to Del Rosario, but everything is much easier with the kid's enthusiasm to learn.
