Cebuano vlogger arrested for mauling live-in partner

CEBU CITY A Cebuano vlogger with millions of followers on social media was arrested for allegedly mauling his live-in partner in Alcoy town, Cebu province.

Ronie Suan, known as Boy Tapang in Facebook and YouTube, was detained at the Alcoy Municipal Police Station.

Police Capt. Jerry Magsayo, officer-in-charge of the Alcoy Municipal Police Station, said Suan was arrested after his 21-year-old live-in reported to the police that she was beaten up by the vlogger.
