Domagoso instructed all frontline departments to maintain strong presence in the Manila North, South, and Islamic cemeteries throughout the Undas period.

During the city government’s directional meeting on Monday, Oct. 27, the mayor emphasized the importance of continuous assistance, crowd management, and public safety operations.

He instructed city personnel to remain visible and responsive on the ground to ensure visitors’ needs are addressed promptly.

The mayor reiterated that vending inside cemeteries is strictly prohibited.

Only authorized vendors may operate in designated areas outside the gates to reduce congestion and preserve the solemn atmosphere of the burial grounds.

The Manila Department of Social Welfare (MDSW) has been tasked to assist parents and guardians in cases of lost or missing children.
