The gala night gathered top developers, agencies, and industry leaders, all championing the best in real estate.
"This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Dot Property Philippines Awards—a decade of celebrating excellence and honoring the very best of the country's real estate industry," said Tanya Peralta-Yu, country manager of Dot Property Philippines. "Over the past 10 years, this stage has become more than just a platform of recognition. It has become a testament to vision, resilience, and innovation that continue to shape our nation's property landscape."
