3 most wanted rape suspects in Manila arrested after 8 years

Three men listed as the top 1, 2, and 3 most wanted persons at the station level of the Manila Police District's Delpan Police Station have been arrested for a rape case that occurred in August 2016.
According to a report received by MPD Director Police Brigadier General Benigno L. Guzman, the suspects were apprehended in separate manhunt operations conducted by the Intelligence and Warrant Subpoena Section of the Delpan Police Station.
