2 teens rescued from raging river irrigation

Two minors reported missing after they were swept away while crossing the Tarlac River irrigation system on Wednesday, Sept. 3, were rescued on Thursday, Sept. 4.
The victims were identified as Jansen and Kenvin, both 13 and residents of Tarlac City.
