“GUYS, where are we?” The question asked by Dominic Monaghan as British rocker Charlie Pace was the same one on everyone's lips 20 years ago as American drama Lost launched on Channel 4 on August 10, 2005.
A mysterious island, a crashed plane and passengers trying to survive against the odds proved gripping viewing and more than six million watched the supernatural survival thriller when it was first broadcast in the UK - making it the most successful debut of an American series for Channel 4.
