'Chance to play with Ronaldo too good to turn down'

CLARENCE Seedorf has lifted the lid on his decision to turn down a move to Manchester United, saying he couldn't pass up the opportunity to play alongside Ronaldo Nazario.
Seedorf has previously revealed he came close to a move to Old Trafford, claiming United, Arsenal and Chelsea were all interested in bringing him to the Premier League.
He has now given more detail on his decision to reject the Reds, admitting his desire to play alongside Ronaldo played a part in him turning United down on one of two occasions.
Seedorf was asked in an interview with Rio Ferdinand to reflect on his career, admitting he would have loved to have played in England.
