Dalot hits 'best form' since joining United

UNITED defender Diogo Dalot believes he’s in the best form of his career after regaining his starting role at right-back.

Dalot was rewarded with a new five-year contract at Old Trafford in May and he has started the last seven games in all competitions, which has seen him earn praise for his displays. 

Last weekend, the 24-year-old made an excellent challenge on West Ham forward Jarrod Bowen to prevent a golden opportunity and he’s been key in the recent improved results.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka is currently sidelined with an injury but he played at left-back against Tottenham – while Dalot started on the opposite side – before picking up that issue.

Although Wan-Bissaka and Dalot have competed to start at right back, the latter is currently edging the battle and has suggested he’s in the best form of his career.
