Cruyff backs Ten Hag to be a success at Old Trafford

JORDI Cruyff has backed Erik ten Hag to succeed at Old Trafford.

The former United winger, who is now sporting director at Barcelona, believes the Reds boss has recruited well in the summer.

“United have always had, over the years, a good squad,” Cruyff said.

“If you look at the squad player by player you can see that it is a good squad so there has never been a lack of talent.

“Sometimes good players do not make a winning team.
