Busy Phillips defies weather to deliver fine displays

THE recent wet weather has made off-road running more challenging than usual, but this has not deterred some of Taf Running and Orienteering's trail runners.

Richard Phillips finished ninth in the Sarn Helen Hill Race, clocking two hours 13 minutes for the 16 miles from Lampeter.

Mandy Colbourne was 59th in 3:38 and Lon Morgan 60th in 3:41.
