A SCHOOL is celebrating its latest achievement after a long improvement period, partly inspired by a football manager.

Christ the King Catholic High School has just been rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted.
Erin Wheeler has been headteacher of the school and sixth form centre in Southport since 2019.
