Dad baffled why he was unable to join new GP

A DAD with high blood pressure said he didn’t have access to a GP for several months, but didn't know why.
Keith Wilson lives in Waterloo and tried to register at his local surgery, but was told it operated a “managed list” and his application was refused.
Mr Wilson sent a letter to 30 Kingsway surgery to ask about its “managed list”.
Part of his letter said: “I received notification indicating my application was rejected, which | found surprising as | understand the practice is accepting new patients.”
