AN ALL-STAR cast has been announced for this year’s Dick Whittington pantomime at De Montfort Hall.

Organisers have confirmed that BBC Radio 2's Richie Anderson, TV personality and former pop star Suzanne Shaw and West End favourite Djalenga Scott will lead the lineup for all-star cast.

Scott will play Queen Rat in the production as the final addition to the principal cast, venue bosses said.

The actress will be joined by CBeebies House favourite Rebecca Keatley, award-winning beatboxer Hobbit and panto favourites Jarred Christmas and Jack Ballard, organisers said.
