ILLNESS will likely stop Aaron Ramsey from making an anticipated return to the Leicester City squad this weekend, writes Jordan Blackwell.
The attacking midfielder has been training for two weeks following his recovery from a hamstring injury and was in line to travel with the group to Watford today.
But City manager Gary Rowett said that he missed a couple of days of training this week, and that is set to prevent his involvement at Vicarage Road, which would have been his first appearance of 2026.
It means it’s likely to be the same squad from the past couple of outings, with no fresh concerns but no anticipated comebacks either.
