High-speed Radwan makes light work of undisciplined Quins
Leicester Mercury
|April 28, 2025
A MASTERCLASS from Leicester wingers Adam Radwan and Ollie-Hassell-Collins inspired a big 40-7 win against Harlequins at Mattioli Woods Welford Road.
Radwan scored a wonderful hat-trick, while Hassell-Collins grabbed himself a less glamorous double.
Arguably the most dangerous pairing in the Premiership, they should have been given more opportunities this season. That changed on Saturday afternoon.
Admittedly, 35 minutes of the game was played against 14 men and 10 minutes was against 13, but that should take nothing away from the finishes, particularly from man-of-the-match Radwan.
He really arrived at Welford Road on Saturday and showed why the club was so desperate to bring him in in January.
His first was an acrobatic diving finish in the corner away from the despairing Oscar Beard, while the second and third demonstrated the freakish talents of the 27-year-old.
