SHE HAS BARELY MISSED STEPS SESSION IN YEARS
STAYING active at the age of 101 makes Eileen Loftus feel “on top of the world”.
Proving that age is just a number, Eileen attends the weekly steady steps class held at Blaby Baptist Church.
The class, organised by Blaby District Council, is designed to help older people feel steadier on their feet by increasing mobility, fitness and balance as well as reducing the risk of falls.
