Twelve runners from Garstang Running Club took part in the third race of the Mid-Lancashire Cross Country League season in Blackpool.

There were 140 runners in the combined ladies'/vets'/juniors' race over six kilometres.

Leading the way for the Garstang ladies was Jayne Perry in 47th place, followed by Joanne Hewitt (67th) and Mary Hewitt (105th).
