September 10, 2025

A new food hall and cocktail bar will be open in Preston city centre by the end of September.

- by Ed Walker

The Mad Giant Food Hall, within the city's new Animate leisure and cinema complex, is promising four independent food kiosks - although operators remain tight-lipped over what these will be.

A cocktail bar, operated by the Northern Lights group, is also due in the unit which will be between Wagamama and the Arc Cinema.

The opening date has been confirmed for the Mad Giant as September 26.
