Today's Premier League transfer rumours feature Liverpool, Chelsea, Man Utd, Everton and Nottm Forest

- Matthew Gregory

Caught Offside suggests Chelsea are set to “rival” Liverpool over their interest in Atlético Madrid midfielder Pablo Barrios, with the Blues allegedly ready to start “stepping up their interest” in the central midfielder.
