Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, has directed the granting of the Golden Visas to more than 200 distinguished teachers and educators in early childhood centres, schools, and international universities across the emirate.

The decision was taken in recognition of their outstanding performance and significant contributions to Dubai’s private education system.

“Teachers and educators are the ones who light the way forward. They inspire, guide, and give our children the skills and confidence to succeed,” Sheikh Hamdan said.

“By awarding the Golden Visa to exceptional teachers, we are showing how much Dubai values knowledge, integrity, and service. Our schools will always be places where the future is nurtured and where the next generation can thrive,” he added.

'Impact beyond classrooms'

The new directions by the Dubai royal come as the world celebrates World Teachers Day on October 5.
