Winter is finally here, and for many, that means cozy blankets, snow, and festive travel plans.

Whether you're heading to snow-covered mountains or bustling winter markets, winter trips are exciting, but they can take a toll on your skin and hair.

The cold, dry air, low humidity, and harsh winds can leave your skin dry, irritated, and more prone to problems like eczema or chapping.

Even though it's cold, your body still needs water. Dry indoor heating and chilly winds can silently dehydrate you.

Start your day with water to rehydrate after sleep. Herbal teas like ginger or chamomile, warm water with lemon, and soups keep you hydrated and warm. Foods with high water content, like citrus fruits, apples, cabbage, carrots, and pumpkin, help too.
