Court Orders Action on Blocked Access Road in Soura

A local court has directed the Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) and the Police to ensure compliance of an earlier court order restraining authorities from obstructing the access road leading to the residence of a Soura resident.
The order in possession of KNO was passed by the Court of Ist Civil Subordinate Judge/ Municipal Magistrate Srinagar while hearing an application filed by Farooq Ahmad Lone, of Soura, seeking implementation of an order dated June 9, 2023.
