A MAN appeared in court yesterday where he was charged with the murder of his brother.

Martin Lowry, 32, of no fixed abode, appeared before Lisburn Magistrates' Court accused of killing Shane, who was in his 30s.

The defendant also faces a charge of being in possession of a knife.
