Donegal have had Armagh's number now over the years but Armagh have an incredible coaching group about them.

- EAMON McGEE

They will have watched and re-watched all of Donegal's League and Championship games so far this year.

They'll also have watched last year's Ulster Final. Not for patterns of play, or how they set up but to look at how it stung afterwards.

They lost that game and one of the criticisms that was flung at them at the time was how they couldn't think outside the box.

Coming down the home straight they had doubts. They had shot themselves in the foot so many times and in the Ulster final they looked to the sideline for guidance rather than trusting themselves.

After that game some pundits said 'That's Armagh finished’

They went on to win the All-Ireland and they still haven't got the credit they deserved.

That Armagh desire to go after legacy is something Donegal can mimic because if you make it too much about Ulster then you can lose track of how you get to be All-Ireland champions.

It's something Kieran McGeeney will try to temper.

I remember a few years ago, we had won an Ulster club title with Gaoth Dobhair and lost to Corofin in the All-Ireland semi-final.
