IT'S almost a quarter of a century since all humans were physically together on Earth.

Since November 2, 2000, at least one person has been living and working in space on the International Space Station. And this week, six women made their way to space on a Blue Origin space flight funded by Jeff Bezos.

It was the first all-female space mission in more than 60 years. But shouldn't have been.

Singer Katy Perry was among the passengers. Along with TV presenter Gayle King and filmmaker Kerianne Flynn and Bezos's fiancee Lauren Sanchez.
