SEXUAL HEALY!

Kerry have a boss who keeps taking the hits and coming back for more, but we need to cherish his talents
-
KERRY is different to the rest of Ireland. It is unique. It is the Kingdom.
It has a team that dominates one sport. And it has a family that dominates local politics.
The Healy Raes would only exist and be popular in Kerry.
But there is a new member of the Kerry dynasty. This Healy is different from the rest. Because this Healy is a ray of sunshine.
Everyone admires Colin Healy because of what he is and not just who he is.
Yes, his sporting achievements have been tremendous. He played for Celtic, Sunderland and Cork City — three of the world’s great football clubs.
He played for his country and there is no greater honour than pulling on that green jersey.
His career and life has been about overcoming setbacks.
As a player, he should have gone to the 2002 World Cup but was desperately unfortunate not to be picked in Mick McCarthy’s original squad.
If that was unfortunate what followed was worse, Roy Keane deciding to leave the Ireland party, Healy getting called in as a replacement, Keane changing his mind, Healy then told he was out of the squad again.
So, he missed the World Cup in Japan and Korea.
Worse than that, he missed the prime years of his career with a leg injury.
