REMAINING SIDES UP FOR THE CUP!

THE Domino's MSL and WSL Women's Basketball Cups hold centre stage this weekend.

In the Pat Duffy Cup, league leaders Belfast Star meet Ballincollig at the MTU Arena (4pm).

“We couldn't have asked for a tougher assignment who many see as the favourites on their home floor,” said Belfast coach Adrian Fulton (pictured).

“Star are having a great season, only losing one game so far. The have threats all over the court and huge experience,” added Ballincollig boss Ciaran O'Sullivan.

Garvey's Tralee face Killester (7pm) and Warriors coach John Dowling said: “In cup games, anything can happen, anyone can be a hero.”

Tony Hehir's Limerick Celtics host the improving Bright St Vincent's (7pm) and the Limerick coach said: "St Vincent's current form makes them the favourites to advance and we need to put in a big performance on the night if we are to win against these guys.”
