PUP'S HOUND A NEW HOME

AFTER a bit of a rocky start, this pup is finally getting his happy ever after as he was recently adopted by loving new owners.

Cork's CSPCA animal shelter first shared the heartbreaking story of this hound two days before Christmas.

It's believed he was thrown from a car and later discovered by the county's dog warden service, who rushed him to the charity's shelter in Mahon.

The CSPCA team were at capacity and did not have an empty kennel available, but their dedicated volunteers made accommodations to get him a warm bed to rest and recover over the holidays.
