Out of puff over new vaping tax

HERE'S a very strange thing about the new tax on liquids used by people who use vapers rather than smoke cigarettes - it applies to nicotine-free “juice” as well.

So, a person like myself, who managed to finally kick the fags by switching to vaping, and then lowering the nicotine levels down to zero, is still being hit as if they have a 40-a-day habit. I'm lucky enough, the vape only really comes out if I am having a pint (old habits do die very hard).
